We are an established business in Buffalo and have been around for over a decade! We have primarily been operating as a cash & carry location, although in the last few years our online presence has grown! We are seeking qualified and dependable employees that are motivated and seeking long-term employment with us. We are seeking an individual with previous warehouse experience and sales experience to help us take care of our walk-in customers. Only apply if you meet the following qualifications; Job Responsibilities: *Taking our walk-in clients through the warehouse and helping them pick products they are looking for. *Manage acquired and delegated customer accounts by maintaining contact with accounts through the work phone. Call and text customers to check up on their store needs and allow them to place orders over the phone calls, text or FaceTime. *Staying knowledgeable about our products *Type invoices Qualifications Needed: *Ability to lift at least 50 lbs *Previous sales experience or customer service experience preferred *Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time *Keep a good attitude while handling customers in a fast-paced environment. *Must be a team player *Must be able to follow directions *Must have basic computer knowledge *Must be able to balance and complete multiple tasks *Must have organizational skills *Ability to use a pallet jack The ideal candidate will be someone who is goal-oriented, driven, and motivated for success.
