Division Information
PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.
Requisition Summary
We are looking for a special, high-impact person - the kind of contributor who is willing to get into the details and wants to make a big difference for our business by developing best-in-class systems solutions to support our diverse business teams. This team member will be working on one or more, small to large projects that require versatile skills in SAP SuccessFactors. This position will research and resolve problems, develop functional specifications from business requirements, coordinate technical support, participate in cost benefit analysis, and contribute to software and process solutions. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for the solution and design, will develop functional specifications, produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. This position is responsible for gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information with regard to core technology, processes or systems.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure the SuccessFactors Compensation module to meet specific organizational needs.
Design, develop, and implement compensation plans, including salary structures, bonus programs, and other incentive schemes.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the Compensation module functions accurately.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Compensation module, providing timely support to end-users.
Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors updates, patches, and enhancements, and implement them as necessary.
Develop and maintain documentation related to compensation processes, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors Compensation and other HR systems.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the Compensation module.
Participate in system upgrades, ensuring that customizations and configurations are preserved.
Up to 10% travel domestically and internationally.
On call availability 24/7.
Qualifications
5+ years' of experience as a SuccessFactors Analyst with a specialization in Compensation.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including experience in customizing forms, workflows, and rules.
Strong understanding of compensation management principles and best practices.
Experience with integration between SuccessFactors and other HR systems is a plus.
Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Performance Management, Learning Management, Employee Central) is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.

The salary range for theSAP Functional Analyst - SuccessFactors Compensation is $93,000 - $145,500 annually.
