4 Full-Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available 03/15/2024 - 11/10/2024. Workers are expected to perform the following duties after the employer has provided training. Be able to perform work within the scope of normal farm related duties. Use a machete. Remove rocks from fields. Hoe, thin and weed by hand. Install irrigation equipment. Perform harvesting related tasks that require bending and lifting. Work outside in all types of weather except when conditions may be hazardous. Prune and train fruit trees using an 18 ft. ladder. Thirty days experience required in work listed. Install ground cover. Transplant and water various plants. Other general farm tasks. Requirements: 3 months experience in duties listed Drug Screen Lifting requirement 50 lbs.
