Job Summary:
As a Billing Coordinator you will provide a broad range of high-level administrative support to the Adoption Program, coordination with clients and community members. You will work closely with leadership, providing administrative support of the financial and statistical reporting requirements. This position requires considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent thinking, strong organizational skills and relies on strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting principles.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2 years of administrative or bookkeeping experience.
Ability to manage complex data, attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgment.
Skill and knowledge in application of accounting principles, accounts receivable and billing.
Strong ability to work independently with limited supervision, be organized and multi-task.
Ability to work independently and to support and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Ability to communicate well using verbal and written methods.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; (accounting software experience a plus)
Ability to work with and advocate for all clients served, regardless of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or family type.
