<strong>Operator Assembler I Position Summary</strong>
<br>
<br>The Operator Assembler I will be responsible for operating and tending manufacturing machines, per prescribed work instructions, to create parts or products. This position is also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling, and moving of product.<br>
<br>
<strong>1st shift schedule is Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm </strong>

<b>Responsibilities</b>

<strong>Operator Assembler I Responsibilities:</strong>
<br>
<ul> <li>Operate hand equipment and tools used in the assembly process</li> <li>Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts</li> <li>Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)</li> <li>Maintaining daily production rates</li> <li>Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work</li></ul>

<ul> <li>Knowledge of basic math concepts</li> <li>Dexterity and hand and eye coordination</li> <li>Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment</li></ul>
