Responsibilities
Join our team in an exceptional city! Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our well established primary care office conveniently located in Carmel, Indiana. Our primary care team provides personalized, compassionate care for acute care, chronic disease management as well as primary care needs.
Practice Highlights:
- M-F Office Hours
- Call: Currently shared among 2 providers
- Join 1 MD and 4 APP's
- 18+ patients per day per provider
- Medicare Wellness RN in the office 3 days/week as well as a full time Triage RN
- 36 patient contact hours per week divided as needed

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
