Required Skills & Experience

Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team interactions

Experience with MicroStation, Geopak (or Open Roads), and TxDOT procedures

Adaptability to frequent changes in tasks as project needs evolve

Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple deadlines

Aptitude for fostering strong professional relationships

Preference for candidates with Program Management experience

Professional Engineer certification required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Desirable Attributes:

Prior experience in an AEC-related firm

Experience with client co-location during project phases

Exceptional communication skills

Team-oriented mindset

Familiarity with MicroStation ORD is advantageous

Primary Duties:

Oversee and control project schedules and financial aspects

Collaborate closely with the facility owner, acting as a representative for the client and LJA

Apply advanced methodologies, theories, principles, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related disciplines

Engage with clients and other consultants, requiring excellent communication skills

Assume a leadership role on GEC and CEC programs for TXDOT, Regional Mobility Authorities, and other large agencies.
