Stephens Media Group, is seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Account Executive to spearhead our efforts in the Watertown, New York Market. With a focus on delivering tailored messages to targeted audiences, we empower local businesses to thrive. If you possess a knack for identifying lucrative opportunities and nurturing client relationships, we want you on our team. Role Overview: As a Senior Account Executive, your primary objective will be to expand and maintain our customer base by leveraging your expertise in radio and digital advertising. You'll be entrusted with crafting comprehensive business plans, guiding clients through the sales cycle, and providing exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities: Develop detailed business strategies to achieve sales goals and quotas Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure Identify and cultivate new sales leads through networking efforts Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients Offer professional assistance post-sale to reinforce customer loyalty Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs Address client concerns promptly and effectively to uphold our reputation Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate sales records Requirements: Demonstrated track record as an Account Executive or similar role Preferably 2-5+ years of experience in radio and/or digital advertising sales Proficiency in market research, sales techniques, and negotiation tactics Strong command of MS Office suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, coupled with relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities Business acumen with a passion for exceeding targets Education: High school diploma required Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, advertising, or marketing preferred About Us: Stephens Media Group boasts ownership of 75+ radio stations/signals across Oklahoma, New York, California, Louisiana, Oregon, and Washington.
