工作职责Responsibilities:
Report to area service manager
- 为客户提供现场服务工作,如问题解决,维修报价、现场维修和保养等工作
Provide on-site service to customers, including problem solving, maintenance quotes, on-site maintenance and maintenance work
- 发掘潜在的服务机会,进行维护保养协议销售工作,如提供服务方案及报价,服务协议的准备和更新等
Explore potential service opportunities for maintenance contract sales, such as provision of service plans and quotations, preparation and updating of service agreements, etc.
- 巩固客户关系并对客户进行定期回访
Consolidate customer relationships and make regular visits to customers
Other tasks assigned by line manager
任职要求Requirements:
Secondary school degree, major in mechanical, electrical engineering related
- 两年相关技术支持或设备维修经验, 以及相关的客户沟通经验
Two years of relevant technical support or equipment maintenance experience, as well as related customer communication experience
- 有责任心,有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力,较强的动手能力
Responsible, team spirit and good communication skills, strong hands-on ability
Strong ability to study and be able to travel frequently
More than two years of driving experience
Available of high altitude work
With relevant experience in management experience and manufacturing industry preferred
