Job Title: Parent Support Outreach Provider
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Richfield
In support of our mission to empower people of all ages to live an emotionally healthy life, Youable Emotional Health is actively seeking a strengths-based, motivated, and results-oriented professional.
You will support family stability by providing in-home support through completing strengths and needs assessments, providing applicable resources, referrals, and developmental guidance to parents/caregivers to promote positive outcomes in strengthening families.
You will support and maintain functional team environments by exercising both critical thinking and emotional intelligence. You will provide dynamic and collaborative leadership in the administration of services and support to the families for which you are responsible. Your relationships and coordination with various stakeholders including team members, families, external service providers, and others include quality and respectful delivery of service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, child development, or related field. 1+ years of job/internship experience and training in working with infants/young children and families. Basic understanding of infant and early child development and behavior; early parenthood and relationship-based practice. Preferred Education and Experience
Master's degree in social work, psychology, child development, or related field. Infant Mental Health Endorsement. 1+ years home visiting / case management experience. 1+ years work experience working in the infant mental health or child development field. Youable Offers Great Benefits, Including:
