Primary responsibility:
• This role is to assist in creating and implementing an exit survey process, sourcing feedback from voluntary leavers, managing the return-to-work inbox, and facilitating communication with various stakeholders.
• Additionally, the HR Administrator will be involved in ad hoc projects, including transitioning hard files to electronic employee files.
• This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of an exit survey process to gather feedback from voluntary leavers.
2. Coordinate and conduct exit interviews with departing employees to collect valuable insights and feedback.
3. Compile and analyze data from exit surveys and interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for managing the return-to-work inbox, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues as necessary.
5. Communicate with multiple stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to facilitate a smooth return-to-work process.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in return-to-work procedures and communications.
7. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, including transitioning hard files to electronic employee files, organizing data, and supporting other HR initiatives.
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
