210555-911 \* Temporary HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT: As an intern for
Boldt\'s Information Technology team, you will have the opportunity to
learn about and work with the full stack of technologies that support
the function of a modern construction enterprise. You will spend time
learning about Boldt\'s approach to gain real-world experience by
accomplishing some of the same responsibilities as our full-time
employees. Our on-the-job experience will help prepare you for a
successful career after graduation. As part of the IT team, you will
work out of Boldt\'s corporate headquarters. IT interns may be hired in
any of the following areas of emphasis. What you get to do: We offer a
variety of internship types. Based on your professional career
interests, skills, and experiences, you may qualify for one/or more of
the following internship emphasis areas: Office 365 Trainer Work with
Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint architecture to automate business
processes. Create technical training and documentation to help users get
the most out of the tools at their fingertips. Helpdesk Assist users
with technical troubleshooting. Prepare and install computer equipment.
Work on initiatives to update and improve technology infrastructure.
Business Intelligence Analyze data and design compelling data
visualizations. Build tools for business users to extract insights for
themselves. Clarify and expand the Boldt data environment. Required
Skills What we expect from you: Currently enrolled at an accredited
college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
Preferred majors/concentrations in Computer Science, Business,
Mathematics, or related fields. Evidence of high academic achievement
with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion
and desire to work in the construction industry. Prior work experience
or internship experience preferred, but not required. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum
supervision. Self-starter/resourceful/tech savvy/problem solver/critical
thinking Quality of work/optimizes work processes/cultivates innovation
Flexibility/adaptability to change/forward-thinking learner
