| Job Description: |
Merchants Bank has an opening for a Real Estate Analyst. This position could work from any of our Merchants Bank branch locations in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
The emphasis of this position is to develop, manage, and triage the daily third-party appraisal ordering and evaluation process for Consumer and Commercial/Ag loan types. Also will provide follow-up and support for lenders and customers on various types of real estate valuations. Ensures that compliance and guidelines are being met and will become a subject matter expert regarding real estate valuation best practices.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years banking experience is required, preferably in general business, accounting, or finance. Must have excellent problem solving skills, be well-organized and have a high attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain follow through.
