We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Oregon City, Oregon. This role will be primarily focused on conducting assessments over the phone, managing a high volume of calls, and providing empathetic listening and creative problem-solving skills to individuals.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting assessments via phone and managing high call volumes.
• Ensuring strict confidentiality, detail oriented boundaries, and ethics in all interactions.
• Applying empathetic listening and creative problem-solving skills to assist individuals.
• Coordinating with multiple community partners for effective service delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer information.
• Resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts for appropriate action..
• Performing administrative tasks such as answering a multi-line phone system and data entry.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Customer Service is required
• Must possess strong typing skills with a speed between 45 - 60 WPM
• Previous experience in Account Management is necessary
• Experience in providing Administrative Assistance is essential
• Ability to handle Answering Multi-Line Phone System is needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is a must
