Senior Distribution Center Supervisor to join our Delavan, WI team. You
will ensure shipments are made on a timely basis, and shipments are
routed by either customer\'s recommendations or best way by Pentair
standards. In this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible
for directing the warehouse work force in a manner consistent with good
managerial techniques and adherence to company policies, based on fair
application of the company policies and in a way, which promotes good

improvement efforts in distribution and warehousing functions to improve
productivity and material flow between the warehouse and plant.
Responsible for and supervise Warehouse personnel (Line Support,
Shipping, and Receiving Material Handlers) so that the department
operates in an efficient manner. Responsible for continuous improvement
toward improving safety, productivity, and material flow, 5S standards,
and to audit processes within the warehouse. Improve inventory flow
between the warehouse and the manufacturing plant. Determine root cause
of flow issues and implement countermeasures to correct issues. Ensure
inventory accuracy through the adherence to standard work and warehouse
process discipline. Coordinate with both production and purchasing teams
to ensure customer orders are met with an on-time delivery of 95% or
better. Insure timely completion of weekly employee timesheets and
