Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field
- Strong passion for science and creative problem solving.
- Strong passion for food and baking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing projects involving product improvement, cost reduction, GMP compliance, food safety,
and employee safety. - Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
- Develop or replicate products/flavors for customer requests.
- Weighing, Mixing, Cooking, Baking
- Maintain strong documentation of recipes, activities, and analytical results.
