7D Driver-In-Training Program

~Earn and Learn ~ Become a 7D Driver, get pay and Train to be School Bus Driver, Commercial Driver License (CDL), class B with Air Brakes, School Bus, and Passenger Endorsement, for FREE with our 7D Driver-In-Training program. ~ Only want to become a 7D or School Bus CDL driver? We are flexible with your career path! No experience, No problem! In a short period of time you can be on the road with a NEW CAREER.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE FLEXIBILITY AND ARE A TEAM PLAYER!!
We offer a competitive hourly rate for 7D van drivers of $23.25.
We offer a competitive hourly rate for CDL B school bus drivers between

$24.00- $34.04.

7D Driver-In-Training Program

Positions Available Immediately :
? Van Driver with 7D Certificate (or willing to obtain)
? School Bus Driver with CDL Class B Air Brakes, School Bus, and Passenger Endorsement (or willing to obtain)

What we?re looking for:
~ Must be at least 25 years old or older
~ Basic English, Ability to read,speak and understand when speaking to dispatch, parents, students, school officials, and/or police.
~ Must have a driver license with no suspensions or revocations within the last three (3) years.
~ Must have a satisfactory driving record.
~ Ability to pass CORI and SORI background checks
~ Ability to pass pre employment Federal drug screening, including marajuana
~ Must have the ability to meet and maintain all requirements set forth by DOT|FMCSA, state, federal, and local agencies for compliance purposes in maintaining a school bus certificate and your level of licensure; CDL or 7D.
~ Ability to perform duties under varying weather conditions.
~Must meet the requirements to attain and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card. (with NO physical work restrictions)
~ Looking for confident drivers that are will and comfortable driving anywhere
~ Work hours are scheduled daily, per shift, to accommodate the changing demands of this business.
~ Excellent communication and safety skills
~ Passion for working with children and ensuring their safety

Job requirements and duties:
~ Safely operates a vehicle on an assigned route in transporting passengers to and from designated locations, as well as related activities, in a safe, timely manner.
~ Maintains a presentable appearance which includes being properly dressed according to company standards, neat grooming and good hygiene
~ Checking for students who did not disembark and/or lost items
~ Maintains, reads and understands route sheets including time changes and notifies proper channels immediately of any changes.

~ Maintains good work habits through timeliness and low absenteeism for daily assignments and extra trips.
~ Properly cares for the assigned vehicle and its component parts as prescribed by the company to ensure ensure safety
