Job Description:

What You Will Do:
After training on CID LINES, an Ecolab Company business, strategies, and products, you will support sales growth, customer retention and profitability of the business across North America.
Lead execution of GAH strategic initiatives within region, including programs and innovation that drive growth in-line with the regional animal health plan
Develop and execute local activities with and through regional sales organization and distributors against the global growth, brand, and product strategies
Coordinate marketing and marketing communication efforts of existing products within the assigned region
Manage SKUs & items, rationalization, item set-up, label requests, private-label brands, and pricing activities for regiona animal health products
Innovation lead for regional animal health projects and execution
Serve as regional contact for global product management team, RD&E team, finance, technical services team and marketing communications team to provide input and execute against regional needs and events
Develop market assessments for dairy, swine and poultry farm biosecurity
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
5 years of professional experience
2 years of successful B2B field or customer marketing experience for international and/or emerging markets.
Experience in project management leadership including project leadership comprised of cross-functional team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing
Experience in agriculture or animal health industry is preferred.
Understanding of B2B distribution channels.
New product launch experience with internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization.
Preferably based in St. Paul, MN with ability to travel up to 25% of the time in region
