JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities Perform startup/shut down procedures
at the beginning and end of shifts. Rotate job responsibilities within
shoe department. Select and hang appropriate parts on the automatic
conveying system. Load/unload parts from the automatic conveying system.
Visual inspection of work to ensure company quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and orderly work are per 6s guidelines. Ability to fill
out departmental checklists. Ability to operate tumble blasting
equipment. Accurate stocking of various shoe sizes. Experience and Skill
Required High School Diploma or equivalent education and work
experience. Ability to read and interpret production schedules. Good
mechanical aptitude. Able to effectively communicate and work in a team
environment. Detail oriented with time management skills. Ability to
document and record basic information. Knowledge of and ability to solve
problems that have standard solutions. Basic problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements: A 40-hour work week (Monday through Friday).
Overtime may be required as needed to meet production demands, including
working Saturdays. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending,
lifting, and stretching. Must be able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds
at a time, including up to 50 pounds with assistance. Benefits Medical,
