Job Description

PAY RATE:
Finishing Technician Level I $18.75 (includes shift differential)
Finishing Technician Level II $19.75 (includes shift differential)

Additional increases available through our Compensation Tier Program, ask for details.

HOURS:
2nd shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday

FINISHING TECH RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares rolls for wrapping; wraps rolls for shipping; enters data into SAP; cleans and maintains work area; contributes to team effort by assisting Rewind Operator as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift.
- Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Communicates well with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, mainly on your feet.

PREFERRED:
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Completion of vocational or college training in machine shop.
- Previous work experience in same or similar field.
