Our financial services client is looking for a Marketing Specialist for an 12-month assignment. This is a hybrid assignment that requires candidates to work onsite, 3 days a week (can work from home the two remaining days).  

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engage our target audience. This role requires a creative thinker who can leverage various marketing channels to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites
• Manage social media accounts and interact with followers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Optimize website content for SEO and manage SEM efforts
• Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics
• Support the development of branding materials and graphic design projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles
• Strong skills in content creation and copywriting
• Proficient in social media management and analytics tools
• Experience with SEO and SEM practices
• Familiarity with email marketing and CRM software
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
