Safety will create, inspire and maintain a \"Safe Thinking\" safety
culture. This position will employ a \"OneBoldt\" approach as they lead,
direct, facilitate and support \"Safe Thinking\" safety initiatives for
the organization. The Corporate Director of Safety will be responsible
for the vision and direction of safety, including the development of
safety leaders. Through planning, leading, evaluating, and continuously
improving the awareness and practice of safe construction methods, this
position will strive to create an environment encouraging a
collaborative working spirit and an integrated culture. Required Skills
What you get to do: Assist in the development, support, deployment, and
review of standards and management systems for Health & Safety (H&S)
across the organization. Provide quality, timely and professional
subject matter expertise and business support to ensure that a safe,
sustainable, efficient, and legally compliant work environment is
sustained. Direct the development and deployment of H&S programs and
management systems to ensure compliance with company and legislative
obligations. Support the overall development of H&S management systems
across all business units, adapting for the inherent operational
differences between each. Drive continuous improvement of safety
behaviors and outcomes by delivering methodologies and tools to
effectively mitigate identified risks. Act as a safety resource and
mentor for project staff. Develop, implement, refine and communicate
training initiatives to educate team members on the importance of
