| Job Description: |
Position Summary
The essence of the role of the Assembler is to assemble any parts that are too complex to be assembled in the field. High-performing, creative, and flexible team member who is willing to work with less structure and is willing to change the schedule as needed to execute to the requirements of the business and utilize available equipment resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
Verify parts to their assembly instructions and print
Check every part for the physical defect
Identify the defective part for rework
Package parts to ship without damage
Check the correct quantities of all work orders
Will correctly key and label parts
Take part in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts

Must take responsibility for all parts coming through their work center
Must be quality focused
Must be able to learn certain program functions
Must be able to read prints
Must be able to read a tape measure
