Overseeing and coordinating daily business operations Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures Working closely with the management team to set goals, plan and execute business strategies. Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implementing necessary changes. Train staff as needed to complete their job duties. Manage staff schedule weekly and report to HR department. Manage daily routes for driving staff to ensure On Time deliveries.
