JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Department of Chemistry of the
University of Wisconsin-Madison is accepting applications for a
tenure-track faculty position, beginning August 2024. We seek
outstanding candidates with research interests in all areas of
chemistry. While preference will be given to applicants at the Assistant
Professor level, applicants for Associate Professor will also be
considered. The successful candidate will contribute to an inclusive,
fair, and equitable environment that fosters engagement and a sense of
belonging for faculty, staff, students and members of the broader
community. Responsibilities: A successful candidate will be expected to
develop a vibrant research program in their area of specialization,
teach chemistry courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, mentor
graduate and undergraduate students, perform professional and university
service as appropriate, and work with other department members to
accomplish diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. The successful
candidate, as a member of the College of Letters and Science, will
proactively contribute to, support, and advance the college\'s
commitment to diversity among all aspects of their teaching, research,
