Position at Lifespark
Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team!

Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Landmark of Fridley is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today!


Located at: 6490 Central Avenue NE, Fridley, MN 55432

Shifts Available: AMs and Overnight Shifts, All Shifts On-call
HHAWage: $17-$22

CNA Wage: $19-$24

Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr NOC Extra $2/hr

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:


CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Assist with medication administration.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Positive, compassionate attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
