About the Team
BigFuture is a free online guide to help all students take the right first
step after high school. The BigFuture Student Engagement team works on a
national scale to connect students and caring adults with BigFuture. Over the
last two years, over 10,000 students across the country signed up for the
BigFuture Ambassador program to connect their peers with our product and
programs. Beyond the Ambassador program, the team's efforts also include
the following: BigFuture Scholarships which have rewarded students with over
$19 million since 2019, BigFuture Live which are virtual community events
that have connected 100,000 students and families with college reps and
career experts since 2022, National Recognition Programs which recognized
over 65,000 high-achieving Black, Indigenous, Latino and rural students
in 2022, and Real Talk which reached 100,000 Black students and families
in 2022. The team is continually in touch with students, counselors,
teachers a
d their changing needs and how BigFuture can help them explore careers, plan
for college and pay for college.
