Astanza is looking for energetic, talented individuals to join our award-winning marketing team. We emphasize digital marketing, so our Head of Marketing should be digitally savvy, have strong SEO experience and understand how to turn clients into Raving Fans! Aesthetic laser marketing experience required.

The Astanza Head of Marketing is focused on developing and implementing company-wide marketing strategies, managing a team of award-winning marketers, and generating leads for our growing sales team.

  • Responsible for developing and ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s lead generation strategy utilizing content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other targeted marketing activities.
  • Manage product roadmap and marketing launch plans while taking into consideration competitive positioning and pricing.
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral for specific products and industry verticals (brochures, websites, videos, presentations).
  • Creation of any presentations related to specific products and participation in content creation (webinars, product videos, etc.)
  • Represent Astanza at trade shows, industry events, and marketing events.
  • Be the subject matter expert for Astanza products.
  • Budgeting, planning, and activation of event marketing activities at aesthetic shows, tattoo shows, and other events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 + years of experience marketing aesthetic lasers
  • Confidence building out a lead generation strategy from scratch

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Wordpress
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices

  • Ability to travel up to 10 - 20% US only

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Leadership
Manage an award winning and expanding marketing team consisting of a Client Success Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Manager, and Jr. Product Marketing Manager. Additional positions to be added upon staffing decisions by the Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing is a key member of the Astanza leadership team and will be involved in the decision making process that impacts the direction of the company.

New Product Launches
Collaborate with manufacturers, sales team, clinical team, and the marketing team to develop a well-thought-out plan for the successful launching of new aesthetic products for Astanza.

Marketing Technology and Automation
Develop and activate the company’s lead generation strategy in addition to managing the lead capture, lead nurturing, and lead reporting structure.

Product Marketing Materials
Work with the Jr. Product Marketing Manager to develop the branding, product positioning, unique selling points, and copy needed to produce an impactful product brochure or marketing materials for Astanza's entire product line and introduction of new verticals.

Website Product Updates
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop the branding, product positioning, unique selling points, and copy needed to produce an impactful website page or online marketing materials for Astanza's entire product line and target personas.

Competitive Analysis & Intelligence
Make our team better and more knowledgeable about the marketplace and competitors by understanding, analyzing, and communicating the competitive landscape in formal and informal settings. This includes research, competitor pricing analysis, and more.

Content Creation (Blogs, Webinars, Videos, etc.)
Lead the content marketing team to create original blog content specific to laser technology and the aesthetic industry. Concept, create, and host webinars with other members of the Astanza team. Leads the creation of product videos and other creative product initiatives.

Trade Shows
Lead the Astanza team in the budgeting, planning, and execution of a successful trade show strategy that raises awareness in the marketplace, generates sales leads, and ultimately sells lasers.

Product Training
Coordinate with engineering and clinical training to provide up-to-date training on all of Astanza's devices. Product training also includes helping with continuing education on new treatment modalities, competitive devices, and continuing education.

Market Research
Research the competitive environment and landscape, the industry, and other facets of the aesthetic world to make our team better and to develop insights that can create a competitive advantage for Astanza.
