We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Manager-Engineering to join our Shanghai team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain Mechanical and Electrical experience and knowledge in a wider international team of experts. 

Responsibilities

  • 管理上海机电团队并确保在任何时候维持有效工作及提升各工程师的生产力。

Lead the MEP team in Shanghai to ensure that effective work control and productivity maintained at all times.

  • 处理所有与屋宇装备工程相关的项目,包括设计审查,工程图审查,日常协调和沟通,系统测试和调试等

Handle all projects related building services engineering including design review, drawing review, daily coordination and communication, system testing and commissioning, etc.

  • 管理项目团队内工程項目、工地巡查及其他分配的非固定工作。

Lead the team for project management, site inspection and other ad-hoc issues as assigned.

  • 确保项目进度及时且在预算之内,以合乎公司的相关要求。

Ensure the project delivery in time, within budget and in compliance with the company requirements.

  • 审核及准备报告、计划书及相关文件。

Review and prepare of reports, proposals and other relevant submissions. 

  • 项目团队与客户之间的协调。

Coordination with the project team and clients.

  • 需经常往来中国省地区出差。

Frequent travels to the provinces in the country of China countries is required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years related to international brand hotel and hospitality new project experiences.
  • Senior Level Engineer Professional license(either Ventilation & Air conditioning or Plumbing & Drainage)
  • Ability to present clear and technically MEP engineering strategies and have good communication and negotiating skills. 
  • Ability to lead team, enjoy professional challenges and desire to be an integral part of the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in Chinese and English(Essential).
