Amentum has an upcoming opportunity for a Task Order Program Manager to join the team in support of the U.S. European Command (EUCOM). This program will provide linguist support services to EUCOM including the logistics management and linguist support necessary to interpret, translate, and transcribe information in support of EUCOM operations. Position to be located in the EUCOM area of responsibility.

Essential Duties:

  • Accountable for all aspects of the task order execution and manages the hands- on, day-to-day execution of Task Order (TO)-related operational activities 
  • Responsible for TO PMO operations and resourcing of all TO requirements, including linguist staffing, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)* accountability, and tasking responses
  • Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the TO 
  • Ensures that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements 
  • Primary Point-of-Contact 
  • Authorized to act on all matters relating to the daily operation of the TO  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess a current U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent military experience (intelligence field preferred)
  • 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience required
  • Able to communicate effectively and interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates. 
  • This program requires the Task Order Program Manager to be on-call 24 hours / day.
  • Fluent in a Slavic or East European language (i.e. Ukrainian. Polish. Russian. Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian, Bulgarian. Czech. Slovak, Slovenian. Albanian, Hungarian, or Romanian) preferred.
  • Experience as an interpreter, translator, ESL or foreign language instructor or linguist supervisor or linguist program EUCOM Theater area of operations preferred.
