Job Description:
Minnwest is seeking an Equipment Finance Leasing Associate for our Eagan or Minnetonka location. The Equipment Finance Leasing Associate is responsible for providing administrative support and administrative accountabilities to the Leasing Department. In addition to the leasing responsibilities, the EFLA will be introduced to the accountabilities of the Business Banker role and develop a skillset for a business development role. EFLA will collaborate with Business Bankers to assist with relationship management, ongoing customer communication and active cross selling of related products/services. Responsible for servicing commercial loans in accordance with the bank’s service standards and loan policy.

You are the face of the bank to many of our customers. You hold an important role in developing strong and professional relationships with our customers and ensuring that Minnwest is the best bank in the market.
