Required Skills:
Represent Central Specialties in all on-site construction activities
Conduct daily inspections for compliance and site safety
Communicate with local agencies on permitting and regulations
Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy civil construction required.

Driver's License: Class A Required

As a Project Superintendent you will play a crucial role in the daily function of on the road activity. You will oversee work in Western North Dakota. You will evaluate plans and contracts to determine and schedule daily work activities. Oversee Central Specialties Crews and subcontractors throughout all stages of project construction.

Responsibilities:
Managing construction crews
Inspecting ongoing work
Ensuring and adhering to project specifications
Arranging for necessary equipment
Keeping construction project costs at or, if possible, under budget.
Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions are required.
