Description

The Emory Heart and Vascular Center is seeking a talented faculty member for the section of advanced heart failure, assist devices, and heart transplantation. The candidate must be a BC/BE cardiologist, certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation who enjoys direct patient care, teaching, and being part of a vigorous program with many team members. The candidate also must have completed or in the process of completing an accredited fellowship program in Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation.

 

The main site of work in the heart failure program will be Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital. Candidates with clinical research experience are encouraged. Academic rank and compensation are based upon qualifications and experience.
