Job Description:
Homecrest Outdoor Living, LLC is seeking hardworking individuals to join our production team at the Innovative Surfaces facility. Production is Monday-Thursday, 4-day work week. Work from 6:00am to 4:30pm M-Th and get Friday, Saturday and Sunday off! There is an occasional opportunity to work overtime on Fridays.

Starting wage at $17.25 per hour with advancement opportunities. We offer a FULL benefit package as listed below - PLUS employer paid life insurance and long-term disability.

Essential Functions:
• Verify information on Manufacturing Order
• Ensure coatings have cured for the appropriate time
• Prepare Urethane Mixing Equipment in accordance with standards and formulas
• Verify against Bill of Materials and formula charts
• Ensure proper settings are placed into the mixing equipment
• Ensure post pour purge cycle is initiated
• Place mold under equipment to receive urethane into mold
• Set boot onto mold in accordance with quality standards
• Place weights on boot according to the standard and size
• Remove Excess material
• Remove boot and de-mold top
• Move top to cut and sand process
• Log and monitor climate conditions in the pour area, cycle times and adjustments to raw materials to ensure quality
• Provide feedback and observations of the pour process noting any changes that may affect the quality of the product
• Perform preventive maintenance to equipment to ensure continuous production
• Log and perform monthly/annual maintenance as determined
• Initiate immediate halt of production if needed when quality concerns arise
• Notify production supervisor, manager, or upper management as needed to correct.
• Responsible for daily general cleaning of the spray booth and mold prep area or as needed to ensure safe work area
