The Quickbooks Web Traffic to Start team is chartered to transform QuickBooks.com front doors to position the brand for future growth. As a Staff Product Manager on this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the QuickBooks web experience with a focus on monetization and pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Translates vision into product strategy, rigorous product requirements, and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with objectives
  • Has strong product sense when it comes to creating solutions and user experiences that make shopping simple, seamless, and personalized through AI/ML
  • Creates learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive your KPIs and success metrics
  • Understands how to identify and deliver on capabilities that power and scale user experiences you envision
  • Identifies new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices
  • Builds strong working relationships with peers and leaders across Intuit teams to collaborate and co-create roadmaps
  • Creates and maintains momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $177,000 - $239,500

Southern California $161,500 - $208,500

New York: $172,500 - $233,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Proven track record of delivering results that have critical customer and business impact
  • Energized by working across different teams/partners and possesses strong influencing skills
  • Excels at driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Insanely curious, with a strong attention to Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration or related field An MBA is preferred Equivalent experience will be considered

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $172,500 - $233,000, Bay Area California $177,000 - 239,500, Southern California $161,500 - 208,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
