- Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and present high-quality applicants to hiring managers.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Schedule interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Write and manage job postings across various platforms, making sure roles are positioned to attract the best talent.
- Assist in negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific departments and roles.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other databases).
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
