    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other databases).
    • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
