Due to our growth and success, we have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Transportation Engineer in our Minneapolis office. This position offers the opportunity to work on transportation and site engineering projects. Enjoy rewarding project challenges and an opportunity to become an important part of a well-established technical group.
To be considered for our entry level Transportation Engineer opportunity, we are seeking candidates who meet the following basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
EIT certification preferred.
Relatable internship experience in designing highway or site design projects is preferred.
MicroStation experience is a plus.
As a Transportation Engineer, enjoy job duties that may include:
Design of highway, municipal, and site development improvements, including roadway elements, site grading, storm drainage, water main distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, and other site or public utilities.
Preparation of local, state and federal permit applications.
Identifying and handling compliance with regulatory agencies.
Collaborating with design staff.
