JOB REQUIREMENTS: Staff On Site currently recruiting for a Fast-Food
Team Lead for an established company in Janesville, WI. Part Time Team
Lead. Hours: Wednesday through Sunday 4p to 8p = 20 hours per week @
\$16.00/hr. As a team lead you will be responsible for training your
crew in proper food handling techniques, and making sure that all shifts
are correctly filled. Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their
experience by providing excellent customer service. Handling customer
complaints and resolving issues. Delegate work, oversee progress towards
goals while acting as a mentor, providing guidance, direction, and
support to your crew. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
