Job Summary:

As an LPN at Premier Nursing Network, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician’s orders and established protocols.

Wound Care: Assist with wound dressings, bandages, and other procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete medical records, documenting patient information, care provided, and changes in condition.

Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.

Infection Control: Follow Infection Control protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean healthcare environment.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, assess critical situations, and initiate appropriate interventions.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
