Job Description:
' Employee is responsible for the setup and operation of the NC Punch in a safe and
efficient manner.
' Responsible to meeting production and quality standards, including set up and run times.
' Monitor the quality of the product in process.
' Employee will document actual run times on work orders.
' Employee is responsible for the routine maintenance of department equipment and tooling.
' Keep a clean and organized work area.
' Employee will accurately complete job related paperwork.
' Responsible for the following of all company policies and safety rules, and for reporting
any safety, procedure or quality concerns to their supervisor.
' Employee is responsible for monitoring tooling and equipment for wear or defects.
' Employee will prepare set up sheets and complete any required inspection forms as
required.
' Assist in the supervision and training of department employees as requested by the
department supervisor.
' Employee will interact with the Engineering Department to improve production/quality as
needed.
' Perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
