Job Description:
We are in search of a dynamic individual to manage the day-to-day operations and scheduling within our ECSI Service Department. This position entails coordinating schedules for Service and Special Project Technicians to fulfill client needs while also fostering long-lasting relationships with current clients and attracting new ones. The ideal candidate will ensure precise billing, maintain UL compliance standards, effectively coordinate On-Call rotations, and confirm the availability of inventory to seamless work order scheduling.

- Organize and prioritize daily tasks and schedules for service and maintenance work orders.
- Respond to incoming phone calls.
- Arrange schedules for Service and Special Project Technicians to fulfill customer requirements.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with current clients.
- Cultivate new connections with potential clients.
- Generate service work orders and purchase orders.
- Coordinate all inspection and testing activities.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately.
- Validate billing details for accuracy and provide necessary information to the Billing Specialist.
- Ensure UL compliance.
- Establish and file monitoring accounts.
- Procure service parts as required.
- Assist with weekly payroll.
- Manage and coordinate On-Call rotation efficiently.
- Confirm inventory availability for work order scheduling purposes.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in customer and account management.
- Strong track record in Service Management.
- Must have a high degree of organization and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, resources, deadlines and projects with minimal supervision.
- Cooperative attitude and the flexibility to changing priorities is key to success.
- Ability to work across departments and skill levels.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and to work independently.
- Must have solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external business customers.
