JOB REQUIREMENTS: Wells is one of the largest prefabricated building
solution providers with locations across the central U.S., providing
meaningful work in many different regions. We are a family-owned company
that has celebrated 70 years of success. Every day, more architects,
engineers, contractors, developers, and owners specify Wells precast
building components for their construction needs and with this continued
success, we are looking to hire a motivated self-starting Hollowcore
Production Laborer to join our team. The right candidate must be a
problem-solver, have strong communication skills, and also be willing
and ready to learn. General Description: Produce high quality Concrete
products with a focus on safety and efficiency. \*Second Shift \-- Start
time 3:00PM\* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with
co-workers to strip, set-up and pour the bed in a timely Work with the
Quality Control Department to ensure optimal Take direction from their
Team Leader and Flexible to perform work in any area including
Production, Yard, Patching and other areas as needed. Maintain a safe

School Diploma or GED Must have interpersonal communication skills to
interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers. Must be able to
solve problems quickly and efficiently. General math skills and ability
to read tape measure. Ability to work with others to get the project
completed efficiently and work independently when needed. Knowledge of
products the company uses, and which products would work best.
Understand and accept changes that are implemented to become Best in
Class. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Physically able
to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally. Physically able to push, pull, lift,
bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms
repetitively and frequently. Ability to move around for up to 12 hours
per day. Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man
lifts at various heights frequently. WORKING CONDITIONS: Moderate to
high risk of exposure to unusual elements. Moderate to high risk of
safety precautions. Moderate to high exposure to production environment.
