Title: Principal, Healthcare Strategy - West Coast Accounts


Reporting to: Chief Clinical Officer


Location: This position can be based remotely on the West Coast; an ability to travel ~30% required.


Opportunity:

Get Well is looking for a Principal, Healthcare Strategy who is passionate about driving meaningful outcomes, growth, and long-term partnerships within some of the country’s  leading hospitals and health systems. The Principal, Healthcare Strategy will be a strategic partner to our most innovative healthcare provider customers, responsible for driving the growth, retention, and renewals of these accounts. This leadership role requires developing and cultivating deep c-level relationships within hospitals and health systems, a strong foundational understanding of healthcare technology solutions, an ability to foster consultative relationships, and a strong track record of delivering measurable ROI for healthcare clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers are maximizing the value of our solutions and achieving their desired outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture deep, consultative relationships with executive stakeholders at healthcare provider organizations.
  • Growth and Renewals: Through trusted partnership, lead efforts to grow client accounts by identifying opportunities for expanding our technology and services offerings. Drive contract renewals and minimize churn by ensuring clients derive maximum value from Get Well products and programs.
  • ROI Delivery: Establish a close partnership with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and pain points. Proactively demonstrate how Get Well solutions drive measurable ROI, improved patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Strategic Consulting: Provide experience based guidance on best practices, process optimization, and the strategic use of our technology to address client goals and challenges. 
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to product, engineering, and other teams to ensure our solutions align with client needs and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client success, including usage, engagement, satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Report regularly to leadership on the health and growth of client accounts.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or consulting role, with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare technology or healthcare IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving client growth, renewals, and ROI in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT systems.
  • Deep experience partnering with c-suite healthcare leaders 
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, interoperability), and healthcare delivery models.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, clinicians, and operational leaders. A consultative, solutions-oriented approach to solving complex problems.
  • Ability to set and exceed targets for client growth, retention, and satisfaction. Experience with account planning, forecasting, and managing client portfolios.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional
  • Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations

Our most valuable benefit? An environment that supports YOU. The estimated pay range for this position is $150,000 - $230,000  in base salary plus annual incentive bonus. Base salary is dependent on many factors including, but not limited to education, experience and skills. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
