Overview

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $16.90 to $22.50+. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Adult Day Program Assistant will support The Director of the Adult Day Care Center with efficient operations of the Ebenezer program, planning and implementation of programming needs of individual senior age participants, groups and assist with personal care duties of the participants in our Ebenezer adult day center located in Burnsville, MN.   We are located between highways 35 and 35E and close to public transportation.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Provide direct care, snacks and meals
  • Assist in developing monthly calendar
  • Preparation, implementation and clean-up of daily programs (i.e. crafts, woodworking, games, music)
  • Assist the Director with participants individual case management

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current Drivers license in good standing
  • 0-1 year of experience 
  • High school diploma/GED

Recommended:

  • Vocational/Technical training or Associate Degree
  • One to Three years of experience
  • Ability to use Window/microsoft
