Your Opportunity: Taymark, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a full-timeCustomer Service Agentto join their team in White Bear Lake, MN! As a consultant of a diverse set of scholastic brands, you will be empowered with tools and resources to create an extraordinary customer experience.If you are positive at your core and passionate about customer care, this is the opportunity for you.
Your Shift:
Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (weekends as needed based on seasonal workload)
This role will be hybrid based out of White Bear Lake, MN
Your Responsibilities:
As a member of our call center team, you will be answering calls during your shift
Informs customers of pricing and product specifications/details, and offers customers other related items
Keep customer updated on shipping dates, anticipated delays, or any additional information needed
Share details with customers on additional offerings to provide value-added service
Answers customer questions and responds to concerns/problems the customer is experiencing and follows through on problems making it clear to the customer that they are important
Enters customer and order data into the computer to determine total cost and/or begin expediting orders
Works with appropriate departments as necessary to fulfill the customer's needs over the phone
Confers with the appropriate department to expedite shipments
Enters rework orders, change orders, and updates to orders in an expedient manner
Applies credits, reprints, and handles incoming orders
Develops and maintains relationships with customers
Provides feedback to marketing and management for future product enhancements based on customer feedback
Maintains the standard of performance as measured by the department - these measurements may change from time to time and shall be communicated to the rep
You Must Have:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sales and analytical skills
Ability to be well organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail
Effective written and oral skills; ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions
Ability to remain pleasant under extreme pressure and during difficult circumstances
Intermediate/Advanced-level computer knowledge and software proficiency in MS Office and Excel
A continuous improvement and an "Always a Better Way (ABW)" mindset
