Section I: About the Job:
The Division of Vascular Surgery at the University of Minnesota is seeking a board certified/eligible vascular surgeon to be focused at Fairview Southdale Hospital. The M Health Fairview System is comprised of 12 hospitals and medical centers with more than 33,000 employees. In 2018, Fairview Southdale Hospital was recognized as the only hospital in the Twin Cities to have been awarded a five-star rating from CMS.
Qualifications:
Required:
MD, MD/PHD, or DO degree or equivalent
Must have completed an approved fellowship in Vascular Surgery
Must be eligible for board certification in Vascular Surgery
Must have or be eligible to obtain a Minnesota medical license
A demonstrated history of effective and collegial communication with students, colleagues, and patients
