Overview The Logistics Analyst I is responsible for supporting logistics
operations by analyzing transportation data, optimizing supply chain
processes, and ensuring efficient movement of materials. This role
collaborates with internal teams and external partners to enhance
logistics performance, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
This is an onsite position located in Oak Creek, WI. Key Job
Responsibilities Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify
trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with
carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
of materials. Assist in managing freight costs, negotiating rates, and
optimizing shipping routes. Support logistics planning by evaluating
supply chain performance and recommending process improvements. Maintain
accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and
international trade requirements. Utilize logistics software and
reporting tools to track shipments and analyze key performance metrics.
Provide support for logistics projects, including implementing new
transportation strategies and process improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain
management, logistics, business, or a related field. 1-3 years of
experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide
actionable insights. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft
Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving
skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. Knowledge of freight management, transportation
regulations, or international shipping is a plus. Komatsu is an Equal
