Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Education and or a related to to public health

Two (2) years’ work experience in benefits and entitlements with extensive knowledge of community resources

Experience with to individuals living with HIV/AIDS , chronic mental illness, substance abuse individuals and their families a plus

Bilingual skills in English/Spanish a plus

Knowledge and hands-on experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, serious mental illness, and homelessness

Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and Google product suites

Ability to perform and manage in a team approach; excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to handle complex challenges and balance multiple demands on time and attention
