WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

These are all of the great day to day activities you’ll be involved in;

  • Training the team to be best in class

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Create presentation packs to complement training modules

  • Facilitate Rookie Camps for new starters

  • Complete administration tasks

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

In this role you’ll work with an extremely cool group including the Instore Leadership Team, Territory Training Captain, Rookie’s joining the business and peers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

To be successful in this role, these are all the great things you can bring to Nike;

  • A passion for the Nike brand

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Captivating public speaking skills

  • Previous retail and/or hospitality experience

  • Customer service skills second to none

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
