Required Skills:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related Associate Degree and equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley ControlLogix & Rockwell Software FactoryTalk View Platforms
• Basic CAD skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders/lifts
• Ability to work with various tools and instruments
• Ability to work from laptop and phone
• Eligible to work in the USA
Preferred Skills:
Preferred Competency/Experience/Education:
• 10+ years of Allen-Bradley controls engineering experience- preferred
• Ability to coordinate controls aspects of multiple projects and detail oriented
• Capable of performing calculations required to fulfill responsibilities
• Self-Motivated and able to mentor other engineers and technicians
• Willing to continuously learn and improve

Travel Required:
• Up to 25% Travel is required (roughly 25% travel schedule)
 
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Electrical and panel drawings
• Selecting and creating purchase order requests for control hardware and field devices
• Specifying and subcontracting control panels
• Minor assembly of control panels as required
• PLC and HMI programming and integration
• I/O check out in the field
• Controls commissioning and startup of DSI equipment
• Assist other team members with their work as needed
• Review work of other engineers as needed
• Contribute to the success of other members of the controls team
• Complete projects and tasks on time
• Mentor new controls and engineering team members
